This second point is really important. I see many emails and posts, especially around the 4 and 8 week point, concerning progress. A lot of people feel at these times they should be seeing huge changes. When I ask why, I usually don't get an answer other than "because I've been following the program to a 'T' and I'm just not seeing it". My advice on this is to retake your picture and body fat so that you know for sure. In addition to this, I think it'd be really beneficial if each of us could browse through a catalog, find someone that started in the same condition and with the same experience that we did, and use that person's experience to our benefit.
